Our kitchen on wheels will feature authentic and traditional Chamorro recipes that travel back generations and will give you "A taste of home in every bite". Betty and Jaimie, a mother/daughter duo, also the the faces and head chefs behind our family owned business is our very own Betty Crockers in the family. For decades our mom has dreamt of opening up her own restaurant and it was when we moved

to Oregon in Summer of 2006 that her dream fell into fruition, starting with a kitchen on wheels. Betty and Jaimie's passion for cooking comes from their childhood years in the kitchen with our grandmother Mina and Grandfather Pedro. The authenticity of each recipe and plate symbolizes family gatherings(love and quality time spent), our native Chamorro culture, ancestry and the history of Guam. Our motto, "A taste of home in every bite" will take you across the world to the Mariana islands, where Guam is known as a little rock in the Pacific Ocean. Come meet the family, enjoy our traditional island cuisine and music that will take you back to the Island of Guam. Hafa Adai Oregon!

"Let's Dance" the pandemic years away with culture, food, music and dance because the Annual World Beat Festival is back in 4 days! 💃

Representing our beautiful homeland, the Mariana Islands (Guam, Saipan, Tinian, Rota), Guamanian Grill will be kicking off our summer event season and serving "A taste of home in every bite" at the 25th Annual World Beat Festival, Friday June 24th - Sunday June 26th 2022 located at the Salem Riverfront Park. Guamanian Grill will be located at the Amphitheater side.

🌺Event Schedule and Hours:
🌴Friday- 5pm-10pm
🌴Saturday- 10am-11pm
🌴Sunday- 11am-7pm

We are excited to reunite with many of you and look forward to meeting meet new faces while we share our culture through food and hospitality.

Håfa Adai!

You can find Guamanian Grill at the Fire Out West Event today till 9pm at the Volcanoes Stadium. There is live music, art exhibits, car show, beer garden and many local vendors.
