Dinner doesn’t have to be complicated to be amazing. Our baked salmon is proof. It's tender, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Add a glass of Chardonnay and suddenly you’ve got a pairing that just feels right. Light, refreshing, and a little indulgent all at once.

Of course, you’ll want to save room for dessert. An affogato is our favorite way to end the night: rich espresso poured over creamy vanilla gelato. It’s the kind of dessert that makes you smile with the first bite, and you’ll be glad you didn’t skip it.

There’s a line Treva says often: "We want you to feel like you’ve been invited into our home."

At Gamberetti’s Italian Restaurant in Salem Oregon, that’s not a tagline. That’s the job description. Every plate we send out, every table we set, every guest we greet, we’re doing what you’d do for family coming to dinner.

That’s why regulars keep coming back. That’s why first time guests usually leave with a reservation already in mind for next time. That’s why we make our own house-made pasta, our own tiramisu, our own Cesar dressing. Because if you were coming to Treva’s house for dinner, she wouldn’t buy the pasta at the store. She’d make it.

The best Mother's Day plan is the one you do not have to plan.

Today, Sunday May 10, Gamberetti's is rolling out a special Mother's Day brunch buffet from 10am to 3pm. $65 per person. No reservations needed. Just walk Mom through the doors, find your table, and we will take it from there.

The buffet is the kind of Italian Sunday spread Mom is going to be talking about into the week. The mimosas will be cold. The coffee will be hot. The trays will be plenty. Bring the kids, bring
grandma, bring the whole crew. Five people, fifteen, the buffet handles it. That is part of the magic!

A few quick notes for the day. The Mother's Day brunch buffet is a separate, one day only experience just for the holiday and runs straight through from 10am to 3pm. Our regular service
is on too. Breakfast à la carte from 6am to 10am for the early risers, and our full lunch and dinner menu is available 11am to 10pm.

Whatever shape Mom's perfect Sunday takes, there is
a seat for her here. If you are still hunting for Mother's Day brunch in Salem, family friendly, walk in welcome, no
