I have a full-time job but have found a love for refinishing furniture. I am a mom of 4 with 2 bonus kids, wife, daughter, sister, friend, and love learning new things. I love working with my hands. I started refinishing my own house by putting in all new wood floors, installing backsplash in my kitchen, decorating, and painting my bathroom cabinets. It was when I took a class to paint my cabinets
that I found an outlet to curb my anxiety and found a passion for painting. I love turning a piece that is so ugly into a piece that is beautiful and loved. This is where I found a passion in finding and restoring dated furniture by transforming it into a piece that will be loved for generations in any home or business. I have had many mentors along the way. I love learning from a variety of places and am thankful for each mentor. I would love to pass on any knowledge I have to anyone that is interested. A butterfly has many meanings of rebirth, transformation, change, hope, and life. I have always thought of my children as, "my little butterflies." I love the meaning because it captures what the process of refinished furniture goes through and life itself. New is not always better. Furniture is made way better in the past than now. Those pieces in your storage, garage, or home can have life breathed into them to transform them into new pieces that will be loved for generations. If you are in my area or surrounding area please follow my page and if you ever need a piece refinished, I would love to be considered. Thanks for coming and showing support.
