A new week is here! Omar and Luisa tag teamed our specials this week, knocking it out of the park as usual. Our mushroom gravy is back, made deliciously vegetarian, and the perfect combination for our buttermilk biscuits. (We try to do this one every couple months, with the requests from both customers and our staff 😉) Our orange blossom pancake, a buttermilk cake with fresh orange curd draped over the top, made with freshly squeezed oranges, zest, all fresh orange everything. 🍊

The steakhouse benedict starts with a thick slice of french bread, then topped with thin filet mignon steak and portobello mushrooms sautéed in au jus. 2 poached eggs and Omar’s buttery bernaise sauce brings it all together! Sunday ~ Our special to end the weekend is bananas! More specifically, the return of our creme brûlée banana pancake. Slice bananas grilled into a buttermilk pancake, then topped with a combination of butter and sugar that’s brûléed to perfection. Topped with a house vanilla custard and a few more banana slices. Welcome to a new week! Omar has a new special coming at you all week; A delicious carnitas breakfast, in fancy bowls! Eggs are scrambled together with cubed potatoes and cheddar cheese, it’s then topped with our fresh pico de gallo, cotija cheese, sour cream, and avocado. The carnitas is added at the end nestled next to everything, a slow-roasted jalapeno, lime, and garlic shredded pork. Our sweet is our dual chocolate pancake, with both milk and white chocolate. Lastly, next Sunday will be the return of the banana brûlée pancake, an absolute hit when we had it a couple weeks ago, that we had to bring it back sooner rather than later ♥️

Sunday ~ We are no strangers to breakfast towers, and this is probably my favorite one! Delicious smokey bacon gravy (one of Tanna’s favorites) along with our buttermilk brined Nashville hot chicken, and even a freshly baked herb biscuit! We also stack an egg and melted cheddar cheese before it’s smothered. 🔥 We also have the lemon poppyseed love continuing on through the day while they last!

Lissie, Taylor, and Cindi have been hard at work putting together the newest curation, and Taylor is debuting with a couple new originals of her own; “Not Your Mama’s PSL” and the “Ch-Ch-Cherry Bomb”. Our house c***r is back, which brings the return of our caramel apple mimosa and our apple c***r margarita. We have a few drinks that feature house syrups and extracts Cindi has been working on for months.
