It’s with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of Blue Bay Mexican Grill. After seven incredible years serving the wonderful community of St. Simons Island, it’s time for us to say goodbye.

When we first opened our doors, our goal was simple: to share our love for authentic Mexican cuisine with you all, while fostering a space where neighbors and friends could gather to enjoy great food and even better company. We’ve been honored to serve this beautiful community, and it’s been a joy to watch our guests return time and time again.

Words can’t express how grateful we are for the love and support you’ve shown us over the years. St. Simons Island has become family, and we will always cherish the memories we’ve made together.

A special thank you goes to our landlord for providing us with a space to create something truly special. Your kindness and support have meant the world to us. We would also like to extend our deepest gratitude to our amazing staff. Your hard work , dedication, and passion made this journey possible. We couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you.

Thank you, St. Simons Island, for allowing us to be part of your lives and for supporting us through every milestone. We’ll forever hold a special place in our hearts for the incredible people of this community.

Our last day of serving will be December 22, 2024. We’d love for you to come by and have one last margarita or taco with us as we say our final goodbyes. It’s been an honor to share these years with you, and we can’t wait to celebrate one last time before we close our doors.
