Our purebred Hereford beef is sourced from Southeast South Dakota, from select small family farms, raised from birth on open pastures, grown naturally the way cattle were meant to be, and finished on pure corn to give the perfect amount of marbling to the steaks. We have a partnership with a local, family owned quality USDA beef processor in South Dakota. We will help walk you through a custom order, so you get the perfect cuts of steak, roasts and ground beef that you desire. Your order will be available locally for pick up.
