Halibut special at Palmer's Village Cafe-St.Simons Island, Ga. The Halibut was soooo good! Perfection. Mashed potatoes were good too. The Brussel sprouts were slightly too crispy for me. I would have preferred micro greens on top instead of fried onions. Excellent meal and excellent service.
