Our first hot weather special is a cool, crisp southwest SALAD! Marinated Grilled chicken breast, mixed greens, corn off the cob, black beans, red onion, cherry tomatoes, avocado (or not) topped with cotija cheese, tortilla strips and housemade dressing.
