Egg free brownies were this weekend’s sweet treat! (Banana pudding and snickers ice cream bars may have also made an appearance 👀🤭). We got to visit with my nieces who live out of state this weekend and one of them has an egg allergy. You wouldn’t even know these brownies had no eggs! They are deliciously chocolatey fudge brownies made with a combo of milk and semisweet chocolate chips. Thank you mommyshomecooking.com for this awesome recipe!

I have been a little MIA because I moved! 🏡 My husband and I purchased our first home and it’s been a busy but fun journey so far. I am slowly getting my little bakery room up and running and am ready to make some fun cakes and desserts again! I am now in Palmetto but can still travel for delivery. Some custom creations from February!💘

I started a new position at my full time job last month (I have been baking/cake decorating/pastry making for the past 10 years of my work experience!). I moved into a catering coordinator roll so things have changed a little bit for me which included my schedule. My availability to take orders for my side business has become more limited due to this part of the year being the busiest with events at the college I work for. I was able to make time for a few orders last month and I’m hoping once I get my bearings in line I can open up my availability to take more orders again 🎂

•Baseball smash cake with matching decorated sugar cookies.
•Valentines Day decorated conversation heart cookies with custom phrases
•The inside guts! of gourmet cookies: chocolate strawberry cheesecake, triple chocolate and brown sugar poptart (

I decided this year I wanted to start doing a monthly recap post so here goes my first one👩🏼‍🍳

2026 is so far so good! I had 5 custom creations in January. The month started with a birthday cake for an axolotl/monster truck lover (I didn’t even know what an axolotl was until I made the cake 😂). This cake was for a customer I’ve known for a few years now. I’ve been making cakes for her daughters’ birthdays the past 4 years and it feels special to be a part of the celebration! Next up I had a big cupcake order for a celebration of life. I love that sweet treats can bring a moment of happiness to any event. My next orders were fun themes: Barbie mermaid, itsy bitsy spider and the month finished off with a second rodeo birthday.

In between orders I experimented in the test kitchen creating new gourmet cookie recipes and came up with a delicious, limited time only Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake cookie. I’m offering some other treats as well for Valentine’s Day and have a few more custom creations coming up this February. Thank you to my customers for letting me create treats for your special events and thank you to you for following my journey!👩🏼‍🍳🍪🎂💖
