Peterson's pork chops on a stick

And just like that the fair is over and it’s the first day of fall!!

We couldn’t let the season change without recognizing some of the incredible people who make those 12 days possible. ❤️

So many of the faces in these photos have been part of our State Fair family for years. Showing up, working long days, jumping in wherever they’re needed, and helping us serve thousands and thousands of pork chops every summer.

We are incredibly grateful for every person who gives their time, energy, and hard work to Petersons Chicken n Chops. We truly couldn’t do it without them.

That’s a wrap on another amazing Minnesota State Fair!

We can’t thank our customers enough for another incredible 12 days. To everyone who stopped by for a pork chop, came back more than once, told a friend about us, or made us part of your State Fair tradition THANK YOU!

We truly have the best customers, and we are so grateful for every single one of you. Seeing familiar faces year after year and meeting so many new ones is one of our favorite parts of the Fair.

A lot of pork chops and chicken were grilled, a lot of memories were made, and we couldn’t do any of it without your support.

From our entire Pork Chop on a Stick family thank you for another unforgettable Minnesota State Fair.

Until next year… keep Grillin’ Happy!

We had a pretty special visitor at the Pork Chop stand today!
Chef José Andrés stopped by, and to say we were excited would be an understatement! We are huge fans not only of the amazing chef he is, but especially of the work he and his team at World Central Kitchen do around the world, showing up and feeding people when they need it most.
It was truly an honor to meet him and serve him a Pork Chop on a Stick! 🐷❤️
Thank you for stopping by, Chef José Andrés, you absolutely made our day!
