Nick Rancone has been given such an incredible opportunity to join Maison Meritage’s Spring 2027 trip to France. He’ll immerse himself in the French culutre, history, food and traditions that shape French life. From staying in a private château to exploring Cabernet Franc villages of Chinon, Bourgueil, and Saumur.

Founded and led by Desta, Maison Meritage offers an exquisite experience as a way of celebrating and giving back to those who give so much for Meritage.

We are celebrating Jeff and his 11 years as part of the Meritage team. For more than a decade, Jeff has been welcoming guests, creating memorable dining expereinces, and bringing his dedication to the dining room day after day.

His devotion, experience, and commitment have become an enduring part of the restaurant. We are so grateful for all he has contributed throughout the years!

A speakeasy tucked beneath the restaurant, created for evenings filled with connection, creativity, and unforgettable moments. From backlit shadow burlesque and local DJ sets to spoken word and conversation sessions, this intimate space brings people together through unique experiences.

Discover an evening of elevated bites and timeless favorites on Fridays, from fresh oysters, savory and sweet crêpes, small-pot preparations, charcuterie and cheese, and the signature Prohibition Pudding.

We invite you to be a part of the founding circle of Meritage Underground.
