Our veggie hand pies are a huge hit all weekend long at the Flint Hills Shakespeare Festival! 😍😍😍

Leeks, potatoes, mushrooms, and rutabaga are carmelized into a delicious umami flavored filling, which is then topped with smoked Gouda and encased in a homemade, flaky pastry crust.

And never underestimate that Maillard reaction - you know a pastry is going to taste great when it browns well!

These meal-sized hand pies sell out fast - especially on Fridays - so get to the festival and grab yours early!
