Our Shrimp Jambalaya is more than a signature dish. It is an ode to Chef Matéo’s grandfather, Reynard, and the heritage that continues to shape the food we share today. And in a full circle kind of way, the flavors of this Jambalaya played a part in the journey that brought us to Visit St. Joseph, MN

The holy trinity, tomato, shrimp, andouille sausage, chicken, ham, jasmine rice, parsley, & scallion come together which carries a little piece of where we came from and where we are heading ✨
