Yesterday was Judy’s birthday, and we couldn’t let it pass without celebrating her!

Judy is such a special part of the Barbosa’s family. As the daughter of our founders, Dixie and Pelen Barbosa, she continues the tradition they started all those years ago.

We are so lucky to have Judy making our tacos and keeping the heart and soul of Barbosa’s alive. Her hard work, dedication, and love for this restaurant mean more than words can say.

Please help us wish Judy a very happy (belated) birthday! We hope her day was as wonderful as she is. ❤️🌮

This location started as Barbosa’s East, but it now represents all of Barbosa’s — and Brad really helped us make it feel fresh, cared for, and ready for this next chapter.

Brad has been an absolute pleasure to work with these last several weeks. We really enjoyed having him around and appreciate all the time and care he put into our restaurant.
