Every Monday through Thursday morning, our kitchen is busy making hundreds—if not thousands—of tortillas from SCRATCH.

These pieces of dough have already been cut to size. Next they’ll be stretched and formed into tortillas, grilled on the flat top, cut into chips, and then they’re ready for the fryer!

That’s why when you get a basket of Barbosa’s chips, you might find a giant one, a tiny one, a skinny one or a funny-shaped one. 😂

A little Barbosa’s FYI! ❤️

We fry and cook most of our food the old-fashioned way — with LARD, which is pork fat.

We know this is important information for anyone who avoids pork for dietary, religious, or personal reasons. We want our customers to be aware that even items that don’t contain pork may still be prepared with pork fat.

It’s the way our family has cooked for generations, and part of what gives Barbosa’s that BARBOSA’S flavor. ✨🌮🇲🇽

🎉 Welcome Home, Class of 1976! 💜🦅

This past weekend, we were delighted to welcome the Bishop LeBlond Class of 1976 back to campus for a special tour! It was wonderful to see our alumni reconnect with one another and revisit the halls where so many memories were made.

Congratulations to the Class of 1976 as they celebrate their 50th Reunion! What an incredible milestone!
