Hey there onion rings fans!!! Time is winding down but come join this Saturday, August 29 at Martin County Fairgrounds at the Fairmont Arena in Fairmont,MN.for Martin County Pheasants Forever Youth Conservation Day where we will be making onion rings where they are made fresh just for you. We will be there from 10am-1pm. Hope to see you there!

To all of our onion ring friends,

After 20 wonderful years, we've decided we are trying to look ahead to retirement.

This wasn't an easy decision, but we're excited to spend more time with our family, especially our grandkids. We are so thankful for the love and support you've shown our small family business over the years. You've made these 20 years truly special.

We're not done yet! Be on the lookout for a few more events this summer—we'd love to see you for one more basket of onion rings and thank you in person.

From our family to yours, thank you for being part of our journey. ❤️

AJs Onion Rings has attended hundreds of events in their 20 years - graduations, private parties, weddings, county fairs and of course Town festivals - especially Truman Days.

Art grew up in the Amboy area, eventually working at Truman Public Schools as a custodian for 14 years, with AJs Onion Rings as a hobby.

He bought his trailer from Bill Yeager in Blue Earth and went to Alexandria for parts. Then with a little help from his friends, was up and running for his very first event at Madelia Park Days.

Art has never missed a Truman Days and we are so thankful for all the years we can rely on him for his amazing onion rings and him and his wife Brenda will be sorely missed.

Onion ring fans! Its that time of year again for Truman Days MN! Come join in on all the activities going on. Check out the full schedule here or on their page. We will be set up at Graf park on Thursday 10-7, Friday 10-7, and Saturday 10-? *note we will be closed during the parade but will be open after* Come check out all the things going on and be sure to get youraelf some onion rings. Come celebrate the 4th of July with us this Saturday in Vernon Center! We will be open from 11-? They are having a pop up vendor show from 10-3:30 pm and the parade is at 4! Follow the signs to help you find us to get yourself some onion rings, where as always we make them fresh just for you! We hope to see you there!
