Giveaway cake slice 🍓 we’ve been v lucky to get our hands on the most incredible strawberries from Birdsfoot Farm at Avalon, so what better way to celebrate than a giveaway! The first 30 customers this Saturday & Sunday will get a slice of strawberry almond cake with strawberry italian meringue buttercream, almond quenelle, & roasted strawberries. It’s light & springy & just all around wonderful 🍓

We created a killer menu for this weekend with a few new pastries —
✨ Birdsfoot Farm at Avalon roasted strawberry cream danish.
✨ mac n’ cheese danish.
✨ lemon cream twice baked croissant.
✨ chocolate candied hazelnut brioche roll.
✨ raspberry pistachio brioche roll.
✨ peach raspberry cheesecake bun.
✨ strawberry rhubarb crumb pie.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we will be closed to the public this week — June 5th, 6th, & 7th. This is obviously the last way we wanted to kick off June, but sometimes things are just out of our control. We’re so sorry & plan to make it up to everyone next week 🖤

Losing income for a week for the bakery is rough, having staff lose hours is even more rough. To try to make up for this we would love your support next week!

We will be coming up with new & incredible sweet & savory pastries ✨ we will have a new coffee special ✨ & we will be doing a giveaway! Everything will be announced early next week. Thank you for your kindness & support 🖤

*** CUSTOM CAKES — all of our custom cake orders, wedding cakes, & wedding cake tastings are still diligently being worked on. Everyone can pickup their cakes, expect their deliveries, & arrive for their tastings as planned. We will be at the bakery Friday, Saturday, & Sunday from 10am-4pm for pickups.

*We will be turning on the espresso machine Saturday & Sunday if anyone wants to pop in for a coffee.*

*sells home to move into this cake* 〰️ cute lil hobbit hole for a v special 33rd birthday. On the inside 〰️ dark chocolate Guinness ✨

Approximately 10,000 tiny stones & all those other cute things made out of sugar & painted with edible paint. Loving these opportunities to be creative ✨

BLTs Saturday 〰️ BECSPK croissanwiches & Mother Cluckers on Sunday. Watching those BEC’s get made & not getting to eat one is actual torture.

Croissanwiches are back, bby ✨ crispy bacon, just egg, cheddar, sea salt, black pepp, sriracha ketchup, & a crispy fried hash brown on a buttery fresh baked croissant that’s made right here, obv. Grilled to order this Sunday at 10am.

Black with bold florals 🖤 inspired by my favorite Hung-Koch-Quentell botanical charts, all of the florals were hand piped, painted, & molded in buttercream to try to replicate the natural flow of petals. The charts were originally painted by Heinrich Jung, a teacher, pre WWII & used to teach biology & zoology. Many of the originals were lost during the war, but we are lucky enough to have a 1950’s reprint of the beautiful dog rose that inspired me to make this cake, & I’d love to do a tiered version! Botanical charts & their history are just too rad to not turn into cakes ✨

We’ll be open Friday, Saturday, & Sunday with tons of delicious [& pretty!] pastries for mom. Sunday, Mother’s Day, we will have the BECSPK croissant sandwich & Mother Clucker ✨

Preorder pickups are Saturday & Sunday only.

BEC’s are finally back 👏 we just needed a little time to make them extra special. These bb’s are on a buttery, flaky croissant bun — classic croissant shape on top, bun shape on the bottom. Like the classiest of mullets. The croissant is split, buttered, & grilled with crispy bacon, just egg, cheddar, sea salt, black pepp, sriracha ketchup, & a crispy, fried hash brown 🤌

Grilled to order this Sunday starting at 10am.

We’ll also have the Mother Clucker, obv.

Forcing spring to stick around with these key lime pie croissants ✨ twice baked croissant, lime simple, key lime curd, brown sugar graham crumb, vanilla bean cream, dried lime, graham crisp, lime zest 〰️ available this Saturday & Sunday.
