UPDATE: THANK YOU to all of you that have called or messaged!! Both ladies have called. One just threatened to sue me for showing her photo, the other said she thought we would just use the burgers for other customers... I guess she thought we would unwrap burgers that have been sitting there and use them elsewhere?? Crazy!!! Because every burger ordered is made to order. I just talked to the cops that they sent up here and the cop stated I could leave the photos up if I would like. Im not going to because this was meant to be a learning lesson and I believe that lesson was learned. Thank you again to all of you who messaged or called us ❤️
I have seen many other businesses go through people walking out on tabs before. I never thought we would be one. There were 2 ladies who came in this afternoon and ordered 12 Big C's and 12 orders of fries. They were told 30 mins and after explaining we dont take cards, only cash or Michigan check. The lady said she could get the money just not off of the card she had on hand. Her friend in the neon vest goes by the name of "Pam", and she stated before she left she would be right back. Well we're going on 2 hours since they "would be right back." Im generally not petty, but if the blonde had realized she couldn't get the funds and called us to cancel I could have dealt with that. Just placing such a large order and not coming back is ridiculous. So if anyone knows these ladies tell them to give us a call. Facebook wont let me post videos and photos at the same time. I will put some videos on the comments.
