September already!! Where has the summer gone?!

That being said, we will be adjusting our hours of operation as business changes for the "slower" season.

Starting today our hours will be:
Monday: 10am-8pm
Tuesday: 12pm-8pm
Wednesday: 12pm-8pm
Thursday: 10am-9pm
Friday: 10am-10pm
Saturday: 10am-10pm
Sunday: 10am-9pm

We will be CLOSED the first 2 Wednesdays following Labor Day for our annual Staff Appreciation Day Off as well as our Annual Deep Clean. Those dates are September 9th and 16th. Please plan your visit accordingly.

If any major changes happen I will make another post, but I ALWAYS update Google when we change our hours as well as update them on our board near the customer entrance.

Thank you all for such a great summer! Lets make fall fantastic!! Only 10 weeks left of our 2026 season!!

We apologize for the chaos happening in the parking lot currently. We ARE OPEN while the parking lot gets a new look. There will be workers directing you where you can go, we just ask that you are extra aware when driving through as there is a lot going on outside right now.

Also, I haven't been on here in awhile because we have been so busy. I wanted to thank all of you for such an amazing summer!!! We have been busier than we have been in years and that is all due to you guys supporting us!! Hopefully we continue into fall the same way! Thank you again for your patronage and continuous support ❤️

BURGERS AND BRONCOS!!!

I wanted to share with you some photos and an amazing video from the event we hosted last weekend! The Michigan Bronco Club set up to meet here before they went trail riding last Thursday.

A special thanks to Mike and Becki as they directed traffic and parking for at least 90 Broncos in our parking lot while myself and my crew were on the line slinging burgers out as fast as we could and taking orders from attendees even faster!! This event went better than I could have ever hoped!

*Also thank you to those of you who captured the event with these photos! Check the comments for the coolest drone video we've ever seen of our place!! As well as our regular customers who stayed patient with us while cooking for at least 150 people at one time!

WE ARE CLOSING THE PATIO!!

Thursday (6/4) The Michigan Bronco Club has booked the patio for a "Burgers and Bronco" get together before they head out to the trails!

We will still be open for regular business including Carhop service, Counter service, Phone pickups, and Walk in to go orders, but from 5:15pm-8pm the patio will be reserved for this group and this group only.

The wait times may be a bit longer than usual, but we have increased our staff and are confident we can still serve the public and the private party efficiently at the same time!

Sorry for any inconvenience this causes you, but please remember right across the street is the Bridgeview Park and right down the road is a scenic outlook! Both beautiful spots to enjoy a burger with the patio being closed to the public! Thank you for your patience and understanding during this event!

Lastly thank you to The Michigan Bronco Club for giving our small business this opportunity to host your large party!!

WE WILL BE CLOSING!!

We have 2 large parties this week! Both have repeatedly ordered from us year after year, so we have no problem closing for an hour on the days they order.

The hours for this week will remain the same, with the exception of:

Tuesday (May 26th): We will close from 4pm-5:15pm and then reopen until our normal closing time of 7pm.

Thursday (May 28th): We will open at 12pm instead of our normal 11am opening time and run the rest of the day as normal with our 8pm closing.

*We are SO THANKFUL for these groups for continuously supporting our small business with their large parties!!!

Officially open 7 DAYS A WEEK!!

Our hours starting today (5/18) will be as following:

Monday: 11am-8pm
Tuesday: 12pm-7pm
Wednesday: 12pm-7pm
Thursday: 11am-8pm
Friday: 10am-9pm
Saturday: 10am-9pm
Sunday: 10am-8pm

We appreciate your patience during our training period!! We are so thankful to be back to being open 7 days a week this week!

*We do have a couple large parties next week that will slightly affect the hours, but I will make posts when we get closer to those dates!

Upcoming hours for this coming Monday-Sunday (May 11th-17th) include:

Monday: 11am-8pm
Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday: 12pm-7pm
Thursday: 11am-8pm
Friday: 10am-9pm
Saturday: 10am-9pm
Sunday: 10am-8pm

As easy as the crew makes the jobs here look, they are in fact not as easy to learn as you would think. We are also working around others current job schedules to get them in and get them trained and if you have been here you know we're working in compact quarters, so we can only train so many people on 1 shift and still maintain efficiency in our operation. Please be patient with us and schedule your visit accordingly as we stay closed on Tuesday's for now until we can get everyone up to par!

Jalapeño Firecrackers ARE BACK!!!

Mother nature may not be giving us the heat we are craving, but these surely will 🔥

They have a sweet, flaky, egg roll type crust and are filled with cream cheese, small pieces of jalapeños, and bits of bacon.

They are now served with a sweet, smoky, chili sauce!

5 Firecrackers for $7.50

*Available for a limited time with limited quantities available. If they go over well I may or may not add them to the menu permanently!
