Meet Corey, who moonlights as a line cook for us, but by day is an awesome farmer... and he brought us a bunch of beautiful Anaheim peppers! So naturally we made a chile relleno inspired Burger featuring Hatch chile cheese spread, roasted Anaheim peppers, pepper jack and crispy fried onions 🌶️

Today is our monthly Pints for Nonprofits event and we’re honored to have the opportunity to partner with and help raise funds for the Rainier Senior Center for the first time. $2 from every beer sold today at the taproom will be donated strait to the senior center to help with their mission of providing for the needs of seniors 55 and older in the area with services, nutrition, information and activities to lead to a more productive, fulfilling and prolonged life. Come by for lunch or dinner and grab a pint or two, a 4-pack to take home, or buy a beer for someone else on our Buy a Friend a Beer board and $2 from every beer will go to support folks in our community.

"Sablefish is the closest fish I've found to my very favorite fish, Chilean sea bass, which is not readily available and way overfished. Sablefish is much more local, it's fished sustainably in Alaska from a single family boat, frozen at sea and thawed as we use it for maximum freshness. It is very delicious and buttery" - Chef Jill
