"Sablefish is the closest fish I've found to my very favorite fish, Chilean sea bass, which is not readily available and way overfished. Sablefish is much more local, it's fished sustainably in Alaska from a single family boat, frozen at sea and thawed as we use it for maximum freshness. It is very delicious and buttery" - Chef Jill

It's hot out! And with temps pushing 100 degrees today you're gonna want to let us do the cooking. Our strawberry burrata salad with green goddess dressing along with a pint of Hey Compadre Mexican style lager are perfect to take the edge off the heat. With 17 taps of ice cold locally made beer, a full menu, a shaded and dog friendly patio, and air conditioned trivia tonight at 7, Crooked Creek is the place to be.
