Happy Saturday! Lots of down-state family commitments this summer mean my schedule at the market will be hit or miss for a bit. Here’s what the next few weeks look like:

June 27th - 😢
July 4th - 😀 🎆 😀
July 11th - 😢

So no market for me today, I’ll be back next week for the holiday weekend and then gone again the following week.

🔪 I often get asked about cutting crusty sourdough. I always recommend this style knife. It’s inexpensive but cuts through even the crunchiest bread really well. I think I paid around $15 and it works better than any of the ‘good’ bread knives I’ve bought in the past. Search for ‘bow bread knife’ and you’ll have plenty of options.
