Thank you to ALL of the veterans who have served! I’m so proud of my dad and my two boys who have made this sacrifice to serve as well as so many more, brothers, uncles, grandparents! So honored to be part of a family that serves!

Today marks 59 years since the family I was born into began. My parents were married in a humble ceremony in front of a justice of the peace in San Francisco CA on this day in 1965. We have celebrated the last 8 anniversaries with my dad in heaven. We miss him so very much but we are so blessed to still have my mom here with us. I have so many great qualities from each of my parents and I am eternally grateful to them both for everything they have done for me. Love you mom (Pat Lewis) and dad (Royce Lewis)!

It’s race day for me. The St. George Marathon 5K. My first 5K in years! Getting my body limber and ready is truly a process and has been for months now. And I’ve loved every minute! Wish me luck!

Its almost here!!! 10% of ALL sales tomorrow from 5 - 9 pm at the River Road Costa Vida here in St George will go to our Desert Hills High School boys lacrosse program! We all gotta eat so lets get some Costa Vida tomorrow St George peeps!!!

Well I did a thing. I never finished college and I have been on this journey of self betterment. I have been working out and trying to eat better. So I figured, what is the next step? So I applied for Utah Tech and this morning I got this. Its official! I am a college student again starting in Spring ‘25. Getting a degree in Marketing. I am so excited!!!!!

Hey St George friends!!! Our Desert Hills Boys Lacrosse team is going to need some gear as this year we start as our first officially sanctioned varsity year. We are having a fundraiser Spirit Night at the Costa Vida on River Road tomorrow, July 9, from 5 to 10 pm. 10% of all sales, inside, take out and drive through, will be donated to our team and the things we need. If you are looking for something to do with your family and don't want to make dinner this is a great opportunity to help a great cause.
