Jordan has been hard at work creating an authentic Polynesian menu for Red Rock Island Vibe, and the taste test… all we can say is wow. Every dish was packed with incredible flavor and made with so much care and heart.

He has put countless hours into crafting a menu that brings the true taste of the islands to Southern Utah, and we can’t wait for you to experience it for yourself.
