Last night was so much fun at Eve La Cubanita! 🇨🇺❤️

We had guests enjoying our Ropa Vieja, Picadillo, and many other authentic Cuban dishes—and somehow, even people from the Renaissance era stopped by to join the fun! 😂🎭

What a great night filled with amazing food, great people, and plenty of laughs!

Good afternoon! ☀️❤️

We want to take a moment to thank everyone for your patience and continued support as we work through some challenges at our Melbourne location. It has been tough not having enough team members, and on Saturday, Eli, who runs our Melbourne location, had to close because someone called in sick.

Managing two locations while trying to accommodate everyone has definitely been a learning experience. We also want to make sure our Brevard guests feel appreciated, especially because Brevard is where we started and where so many of you helped us grow. We’re working through the kinks, figuring things out, and doing our best to make it all work. ❤️

In the middle of everything, we’ve had several guests come visit us in St. Cloud who have been supporting us since the beginning, back when we had our food truck on A1A. I didn’t have time to take photos with everyone, but this is Carmen. She used to come to our Havana Nights at the beach, and she has been with us from the very beginning. She is truly a ray of sunshine that loves her dog & cars and has always shared our business with everyone she knows.

I just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU for such an incredible week! We are truly grateful for every single guest who walks through our doors and supports Eve La Cubanita. 🇨🇺

This is one of our guests who asked for his Cuban sandwich extra pressed, so of course we had to snap a picture! 📸🔥

And since it’s National Cuban Sandwich Day, I figured… why not show it off?! 😍🥪🇨🇺

That crispy, perfectly pressed Cuban is exactly how we love it!

We are a small business with a small kitchen, so during busy times, there may be a wait. We make our food by hand and never compromise on quality. We are human, we get tired, and sometimes we make mistakes—but we always do our best to make things right.

And about our tostones and maduros… 😂🍌 They are fresh, hand-cut and never frozen. If we sell out, it’s because we actually ran out!

The sacrifices we make to ensure we provide quality products are next level, and when it comes to service, we’re always going to give it our absolute best.

Right now, we’re fine-tuning each location—bringing in new employees, adding equipment, and adjusting schedules—to make sure we have the right team and resources in place to serve you the way you deserve.

This was an emergency pickup I ordered last night after we sold out and realized we also needed supplies for our second location. 😅

We’re getting everything in order, and we promise you—we’ll have both locations running smoothly and as flawlessly as possible.

☀️ GOOD MORNING FROM EVE LA CUBANITA! 🇨🇺❤️

We want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who has come through our doors, supported us, shared our posts, told your friends and family about us, and continues to believe in what we’re building. We are truly grateful and appreciative of every single one of you. ❤️

We also want to give everyone a little update:

🕐 Our hours have been updated on Google, and we have submitted our updated hours to Maps as well. We are currently waiting for our website representative to update the hours there.

👥 We are currently short-staffed, and although we would absolutely love to be open on Sundays, we need to make sure we can provide the quality food and service you deserve.

For those who are with us behind the scenes, you know our team has been here working from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM—and sometimes later—cleaning, preparing, cutting, and getting everything ready for the next day. We are working hard! 💪❤️

The good news is that we are actively hiring, and we already have several interviews scheduled. 🙌

We WILL be opening Sundays in the near future! 🇨🇺🎉

🔥 A BIG THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE!

We also know we sold out yesterday by 6:30 PM! 😳❤️ We are so thankful for the amazing support, even though we know it can be frustrating when you come by and we’re sold out.

And yes… it has been HOT! 🥵 We have a new A/C unit being changed as we speak, so we’re working on making sure our restaurant is comfortable for everyone.
