We’re excited to offer a fun, professional, craft-oriented food service environment for our staff.
We are currently looking to fill two back of house positions: a full-time baker (38-40 hours/week) and a part-time food prep barista position (16-24 hours/week). Weekend availability or flexibility is a plus, but weekday availability is a must for part-time employees.
This is an exciting opportunity to join this tight-knit team of talented folks serving this community with kindness and a high level of craft and pride in what we do. It is a fast-paced environment and we take our jobs seriously, but we like to have fun while doing it! Due to the nature of the craft and the intensive training we provide, we are looking for team members who are interested in being on the team long-term. On-the-job training will be provided, but experience in food service or other customer service jobs is very helpful. Ultimately, whether or not you have job-related experience, the most important quality we are looking for is the desire to learn, grow, and continually improve, providing the best experience for our customers.
Competitive base wage varies based on experience; benefits include employee discounts, tips, training opportunities, paid sick time off, and expanded PTO for full-time employees.
