Smoker #2 is in the planning stages. I have my eye on a large well tank so I'm thinking of turning it into a vertical style smoker with offset firebox. renderings to follow...

Is it spring yet? Can't wait much longer for days sitting around the smoker with a cooler full of beer and a nice cigar... This is going to be the best summer yet!
