It’s the end of a season here .augustine Brooke and Ellie both graduated from and are headed to the next steps in their life. They have brought so much to our little coffee shop and we are struggling to think of Cornerstone without them. However, we are so proud of their accomplishments and so excited for their future. Thanks for the memories Brooke and Ellie. Stop in and grab their favorite lattes through the end of May. Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

Last year, shortly after we opened, we were blessed to meet a customer, that we quickly considered a friend. He stayed locally and stopped in every morning for a bagel and a latte. While he was vacationing, we looked forward to our morning chats and seeing what adventure he had planned for the day. We learned of his sweet dog, also a friend he was traveling with also came by daily, and we learned he had written a book. We missed seeing him this year, but he did swing by the one day he was in St. Augustine and left a copy of his book for us. It’s filled with poems that he wrote from his daily walks. I have enjoyed every single poem. Our cafe isn’t just a place to grab a cup of locally roasted coffee, it’s a place where we pray friendships and community grow.
