We couldn’t let National Dessert Day go by without highlighting our Brown Butter Brandy Chess Pie served with vanilla bean ice cream and balsamic berries. 🍓🫐 We work with local pie master, Songbird Pies, to create this decadent dessert. A huge thank you to Emma for keeping Catch 27 serving up the best pie in St. Augustine!

Have you tried our Southern-inspired Seafood Gumbo Empanadas? ✨ Our team hand crafts two crispy empanadas filled with shrimp, fish, andouille sausage, trinity vegetables, and okra. We then serve it with remoulade sauce and creole slaw.

Fun fact: Trinity vegetables, or the “holy trinity” of vegetables in Cajun and Louisiana Creole cooking, consists of chopped onions, celery, and green bell peppers.

Make our Shaved Pear & Blue Cheese Salad your dinner by adding either blackened or grilled chicken, shrimp, fish, scallops, or salmon.

This salad is a guest favorite with field greens, dried cherries, spiced pecans, and a lemon honey vinaigrette and topped with shaved pear and blue cheese. 🍐

We love hearing from our happy guests! ✨ Jennifer and Jake Anderson recently joined us for dinner and enjoyed the Catch Beurre Blanc and Scallop & Lump Crab Ravioli for their entrees as well as Pumpkin Cheesecake Shortbread and Guava Crème Brûlée for dessert.
