✨ Celebrating 20 Years of Collage ✨

For 20 incredible years, Collage Restaurant has been more than a place to dine—it has been the realization of Mike & Cindy’s vision, brought to life one table, one guest, and one memorable evening at a time.

What began with their shared passion for exceptional food, thoughtful hospitality, and creating a truly special dining experience has grown into two decades of celebrations, anniversaries, first dates, proposals, friendships, and countless memories around our tables.

Today, we are incredibly proud to continue that vision and carry on the legacy in Mike’s honor. His spirit remains an important part of Collage—in the hospitality we share, the experiences we create, and the traditions that have made this restaurant so special for the past 20 years.

To every guest who has walked through our doors, every team member who has been part of our story, and the St. Augustine community that has embraced Collage throughout the years—thank you. You have all played a part in making Collage what it is today.

As we celebrate this milestone, we raise a glass to Mike & Cindy, the vision they brought to the table, to Nick for carrying that vision forward, and to 20 unforgettable years of Collage. We are honored to continue Mike’s legacy while creating the next chapter of a restaurant that means so much to so many. 🥂
