Times change, tastes change, and unfortunately, the cost of just about everything changes too! As we continue navigating the rising cost of ingredients and doing our best to keep things fresh, affordable, and delicious, we decided it was the perfect time to give our menu a little refresh.

But don’t worry — we’re not changing who we are!

Most of your Back 40 favorites aren’t going anywhere. We’re simply making a few changes, saying goodbye to a few things, and making room for some new dishes, new combinations, and exciting new flavors we think you’re going to love.

We’ve been cooking, tasting, tweaking, and having a whole lot of fun putting it together.

Same neighborhood. Same Back 40. A few new reasons to come hungry.
