You’ll often find this guy behind the bar perfecting all drinks and structures to help support his team. He has the ear that is always willing to hear and the heart always willing to see both sides. If he’s not running around for The Local Refillery, you find him making nut butters and nut mylks at or roasting coffee at !

But his true happy place is when instrument in hand 🪈 and spending time with his wife & daughter.

We at The Local Refillery strive to provide a space that nourishes and rejuvinates the mind, body, and soul of our community as well as our planet. We're beyond thrilled to be able to expand to better serve our community and are even more grateful that it doesn't mean leaving the West King District that we are all so fond of! We hope to soft open by April 10th and hope that you all join us in celebrating our new space at our Grand Opening Party on May 6th from 4:00 - 9:00 PM.

It's about time we spilled the beans (pun intended). We are beyond stoked to announce that we are the proud new owners of 3rd Wave Coffee!!! In our endless efforts to provide quality, wholesome, and organic food and beverage to our community, we have been working with Lynda of 3rd Wave Coffee for quite some time now and have finalized the transfer of the business. Lynda has lovingly served St. Augustine with her micro-batch, locally-roasted organic coffee for 10 years and we are honored to take the reins!

🙏🏻 Have you ever worked with a crew of people that feel like family? If so, you know the feelings of truly being blessed!

Today we spent some time with the crew that keeps this company rolling. The ones pouring nut butters at all hours of the day, the ones perfecting the nut Mylk recipes, and the ones showing up to help Peace in a Nutshell succeed. Our hearts are overwhelmed with gratefulness and the opportunity to spend some quality time with some of the crew 💞 (a few others not pictures)! We wouldn’t be who we are if it weren’t for their willingness to show up each day!

Come see us tomorrow at the & markets! We are excited to enjoy the beautiful weather & be with our amazing community!
