🌅 Three Generations. One Sunset Grille Family. ❤️

Some stories are bigger than the restaurant—they’re about the people who have become part of its history.

It started with Pete, who worked at Sunset Grille back in the ’90s. Then came his daughters, Kira & Casey, carrying that family connection to Sunset Grille into the next generation.

Today, Casey still works right here at Sunset Grille alongside her husband, Tomasz—and now their kids, Kaemon & Ella, have joined the crew, making it three generations of one family who have been part of Sunset Grille. 🌴

And this story wouldn’t be complete without remembering Jake, Casey & Kira’s late brother. Jake was a huge part of Sunset Grille and left a lasting mark on the people who worked beside him and the Sunset Grille family as a whole. ❤️

Restaurants are made up of so much more than food and four walls. They’re made of people, memories, friendships, families, and generations of stories.
We’re incredibly proud that this family’s story is woven into ours.

Three generations—and a legacy that will always be part of Sunset Grille. 🌅❤️

SOMEWHERE ON A1A: THE ARCHIVES 🌴 | 2016
Take a trip back with us to St. Augustine Beach in 2016.

The Sunset Grille sign was shining, the drinks were colorful, the coconut shrimp was hitting the tables, our crew was together, and beach days were being spent Somewhere on A1A. 🌊🍤🍹

But 2016 was also a year St. Augustine Beach will never forget.

In October, Hurricane Matthew made its way along Florida’s coast, bringing powerful winds, waves and flooding to our beach community. Some of these photos captured what A1A and the area around Sunset looked like during that unforgettable time.
Through sunny days and storms, changing seasons and changing years, this little stretch of A1A has been home to so many memories.

And here we are, a decade later. ❤️

Take a trip back with us to St. Augustine Beach in 2016.
