With 12 years of coffee shop experience and 5 years roasting, we put all of our knowledge and care into our roast. In starting this business I would really like to just share my love for coffee. I want to let the world have the opportunity to taste some of the best coffees out there and gain understanding for the flavor characteristics of the roasted coffee bean. There are so many different roasts
and brewing methods that can alter the flavor so many different ways. The knowledge that I have gained in my last five years as a barista will help me to make this happen. I plan to study and learn more along the way in order to make my great knowledge and skills the best that they can be. We will be starting our operations in Saint Albans, VT. mid September 2014 and expanding out from there, moving to Burlington next. You will see us at events all over New England by the end of this season. I don't plan on stopping there either, I will be reaching out to the ski resorts and other winter events also. You, the customer will be informed every step of the way via Facebook and just coming to see me.
