Our first Friday only was a huge success.
Couldn't have done it without such a supportive community!

We did pretty well with our first round of pre-orders
We have a lot of notes and little things that will make next week even easier for us. (Dialing it in!)

All the bread was so fresh, so soft and packed with flavor! The high-rollers came out gigantic! 😜🤙Baguettes were extra gorgeous. Just a nice bake day!

We are tackling so much cleaning, and to-do lists this weekend that have taken a back burner over the last few months... Doug is building a maintenance Monday list, I'm cleaning up the garden, & walnut is over the moon to be our little shadow for every task!

Little fall flavor bombs, flying out the door!
Ginger gold apples from Hackett's Orchard killing it!
With fresh orange zest, cinnamon, and a perfectly sweet crumble coat!
I also brushed the edges with some reduced c***r..
Sooooo... Yeah, there kind of amazing. 😜🤙

🥖 Baguettes just came out of the oven!!

We are blown away by the amount of orders already!! Thank you thank you! It's so incredibly humbling and helpful!

Starting to prep preferments, weigh flours for mixing, cook apples for filling, and build mountains of boxes for packing!! 

🌻 | The Riverbed rye is out of the oven! And enjoying its 24 hour resting before it gets packed!! 

🏔️ | Doug's been packing up mountains of crackers and shortbread trail packs, scooping all the cookies, & making our retail space spotless! (We try). 

🧀 | Cooler is stocked and full of cheeses, housemade jam, compound butters & more! 

🐮 | Milk and maple syrup delivery later today

🐥 | Fresh Egg delivery in the AM! 

☕ | Fresh roasted whole bean coffee bags ready for you to take home and brew!

Everyone is making sure they snag what they want! We will still have plenty of stock for walk-in traffic (but it will be busy, we think! And this is our first Friday only week as we enter foliage season... after we get some pars under our belts I will have a better handle on how to adjust our walk-in numbers... So if there is something you know you want definitely get a pre-order in, the cheese selection is 😘 this week)

I'll be adding a few more items to the online store today:
