Warning: our grilled Fiesta Chicken Quesadilla is stuffed with so much goodness (seasoned shredded chicken, melty cheese, black beans, corn, sautéed peppers and onions) you might need a siesta afterwards 😴 Served with a side of fresh pico de gallo & sour cream because...well, we have our priorities straight.

Yep, you heard that right! Shephard’s Bistro & Brew, formerly Valerie’s Downtown, is now part of the Miles Market and Sips 476 family.

We’re keeping favorite menu items while bringing in the signature twist you know and love from Miles. We’re so excited to grow our collection of delicious Saginaw eats and continue spreading kindness and joy throughout the city we love.
