These Grab & Go sandwiches are made fresh in small batches every morning. Come in early to make sure you get one before we run out! Egg & Cheeses also available in limited quantity ❤️

Yes the rumors are true… we now have very small batches of freshly made Fat Bird Provisions goods at our Sag Harbor & East Hampton locations!

Both locations will also be serving “Grab & Go” Bacon Egg & Cheese AND Egg & Cheese sandwiches every day 🍳 we will also serve fresh made Biscuits made by Chef Josh on weekends - this weeks variety are Strawberry Basil. 🍓🌿

In other exciting news, you will be seeing some delicious baked goods out of our Sag Harbor location kitchen so next time you’re in take a peep through the circle to see what they’re whipping up for the day fresh!

Two locations, fresh locally produced goods, and some of the most delicious coffee & matcha’s you’ll ever have. We start our days early at 2-3am in the prep kitchen and also bake at our Sag Harbor store location. We've been quietly making some of the best biscuits you've ever had in your life on the weekends at our Sag Harbor location... they're baked off fresh right when we open so you can still smell them in the air and eat them hot 🤤 these were the goat cheese and feta.

Only one sheet available every morning on Saturdays & Sundays so get them when you see them!! Chef Josh 👨‍🍳 does not miss. 🍩

Cozy Saturday vibes at our Grindstone locations... did you know we make over 1500 DONUTS A DAY on holiday weekends?! The demand for donuts doesn't stop and neither do we. 👨‍🍳

Stop into either location! Sag Harbor has new hours now for the rest of the Summer - 7am to 3pm every day while our East Hampton location will remain 7am-2pm. 🍩
