After carefully combining these, following family recipes, we smoke all our meat products with vintage hickory wood using formulas used by famous sausage makers in Europe for decades. 😳 Old World European Deli & Bakery Hidden (LITERALLY HIDDEN!) in Safety Harbor for over 40 years!🤯

The First Quality Sausage House is, with zero exaggeration, one of the most remarkable places in all of Tampa Bay. Everything in the is place is prepared with meticulous care and attention.

The meats ground down, cured, and smoked have been imported. We were there for a little over a hour and they must have sold 20 lbs of the fried bacon! People just kept walking in and picking up 1-4lb per order 😳

Their baked goods…omg that poppy seed loaf, the apple, just everything. Amazing.

We tried so many of the meats and pastries we didn’t even get to the hot prepared items that change out week to week.

They are only open Thursday, Fri, and Sat but you can order online as well.
