🎈 Follow the balloon. Come hungry. Things are getting a little wicked around here.

Orange Balloon Australian Pilsner hits the taps TODAY—and it’s $5 Pint Tuesday. That scarecrow has excellent timing.

The name has a story: in some Australian neighborhoods, an orange balloon tied to a letterbox, gate, or fence signals that trick-or-treaters are welcome. Basically: this is the house with the good stuff.

We respect that energy. 🍻

Eclipse, Ella & Galaxy hops bring punchy passionfruit, juicy peach, mango, and tangy citrus, balanced by German Weyermann malt and a crisp, refreshing finish. 5.6% ABV. A little mischief from down under.

And because the good stuff doesn’t stop at the taps… swipe for our new Sandwich of the Week. 👀

Our Blackened Black Sea Bass Sandwich brings bold seasoning, tender, flaky fish, tangy mustard slaw, crisp red onion, jalapeños, and creamy caper aioli on an Acme bun. Add a cold Orange Balloon and you’ve got some very convincing dinner plans.

Aftershock day THREE calls for some Fierce Potatoes.

Our Breakfast Papas Bravas take our famous crispy potatoes and give them the full morning treatment: spicy tomato sauce, house-made aioli, two fried eggs, and avocado. Add a Bloody Maria and you’ve got a Saturday headliner worth sitting down for.

Heading back to the festival? Come hungry. Taking the kids and their friends? You deserve a proper brunch for your chauffeur services.

Our Zarzuela de Marisco is bringing some serious star power: succulent shrimp, clams, calamari, and tender white sea bass in a smoky white w**e–tomato broth with garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Little Frenchie” has a BIG Saturday appetite. 🍳🍺

The story goes that a French croque-monsieur made quite an impression on a Portuguese expat. Back home in Porto in the 1950s, Daniel da Silva gave it a decidedly Portuguese personality—with hearty meats, melted cheese, and a bold sauce. The Francesinha was born.

Naturally, we thought: this needs to meet our b**r. 😉

Our take on this Portuguese legend stacks house-made Canadian bacon, chorizo, and cheese, crowns it with a fried egg, and surrounds it with fries—all getting gloriously acquainted with a sauce made with our own Alaro b**r.

That golden yolk spilling into the sauce? That’s your cue to cancel whatever sensible breakfast you had planned.

One of our most beloved brunch dishes. Best approached with a fork, a knife, and absolutely no hurry.

We figured if we’re going to brew an Oktoberfest b**r, we’d better give you something worthy to eat with it.

So Chef is going full SCHNITZEL. PORK CHOP. MÄRZEN. for the next three days.

🥨 SCHNITZEL SANDWICH
Crispy breaded pork loin, pounded thin and fried golden, piled with tangy mustard slaw, melted Fontina, red onion & spicy Harissa aioli.

🍎 BEER-BRINED PORK CHOP *served after 4pm
Juicy b**r-brined pork chop with warm German potato salad, braised red cabbage & sweet-tangy apple mostarda.

🍺 HARVEST CROWN OKTOBERFEST MÄRZEN
Our 5.7% German-style amber l***r brewed with locally grown Admiral Pacific Victor malt and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops—rich, toasty, bready and ridiculously drinkable.

And because l***r is kind of our thing, Harvest Crown has some very good company on tap:

We had a little mechanical rebellion in the kitchen this morning that temporarily knocked us out of commission.

But you can’t keep Alaro down. 💪

The wrenches have been put away, the kitchen is fired back up, and we are FULL STEAM AHEAD! 🔥

🌶️ THE HATCH GREEN CHILE CARNITAS TACOS ARE BACK!

We got our hands on a beautiful batch of fresh Hatch Green Chiles, so Chef had no choice but to make Green Chile Carnitas. Tender, slow-cooked pork loaded into warm tortillas and served with Chef Johnny’s Charro “Mexican Cowboy” Beans & Salsa Verde.

Get ’em while they last. Because when the Hatch chiles are gone, so are the tacos. 🔥🌮
