📍WE ARE HIRING
Camellia Coffee is opening in downtown Davis, and we are looking to add experienced, hardworking people to our opening crew.
We are a specialty coffee cafe and breakfast spot based in Sacramento, and we’re excited to bring what we do to Davis.
This position is 4 to 5 shifts per week, and Saturday and Sunday availability is required.

What We’re Looking For
Our ideal barista candidate has:
• Front of house experience in the food service industry
• Specialty coffee experience, including dialing in espresso, steaming milk to the proper temperature and texture, and pouring latte art. This is required.
• Back of house or cooking experience is a plus, but not required
• The ability to multitask efficiently in a fast paced environment
• A naturally warm, friendly, and upbeat attitude
• Strong POS and cash handling skills
• Great attention to detail while still seeing the big picture
• Strong initiative and communication skills
• A willingness to clean, help the team, and jump in wherever needed
• A current Food Handler Certificate, or the willingness to obtain one
Duties Include
• Providing excellent service to every guest
• Making thoughtful, high quality coffee drinks with care
• Prepping and assembling food items
• Following service steps to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Processing payments and using the POS system accurately
• Completing daily side work and cleaning tasks
• Following food safety procedures at all times
