Its been quiet over here for awhile, but here's some news you may be interested in: I'm teaching thrice-weekly online cooking classes via Zoom starting this Thursday. You can learn to make Eggs Benedict from the comfort of your own kitchen!

Thursdays will be general cooking; Fridays is Asian (Stir-Friday, baby!); and Saturdays will be vegetarian. So check it out, sign up for something and I will see you on the interwebz. Also, this is a new venture for Good Elephant and I really want to make it a success!

On the menu this week: Thai chicken salad with peanut dressing; Cranberry chicken salad sandwich on wheat toast with lettuce and tomato; Almost Cuban pulled pork with steamed rice and black beans, topped with kumquat salsa; gluten-free quiche with ham, asparagus and cheese.
