First and foremost, thank you.

From food truck lines, catered weddings, birthdays, baby showers, retirement celebrations. All of the late nights, community events, and every taco we’ve served along the way, you’ve helped make this possible. Your support, encouragement, and belief in what we’re building have brought us to a moment we’ve dreamed about for years.

We’re beyond excited to officially announce that Banzito’s is coming to its first brick-and-mortar location nestled in the heart of historic Old Town Auburn.

This is a milestone we’re incredibly proud of, but it’s also just that, a milestone. A step we’ve dreamed about, yes, but only a small step toward the much bigger vision we have for the future.

Our goal has always been bigger than tacos. It’s about creating memorable experiences, building community, and bringing bold flavors and unforgettable vibes wherever we go. This next chapter allows us to do exactly that.

To everyone who has supported us from day one, shared our posts, stood in line, brought friends, booked catering, or simply believed in us…thank you. This belongs to ALL of us.

Auburn, thank you and we’re excited to continue our tenure and join your incredible community and can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on.
