I can't believe I've finally done it. Everyone I've talked to about this past weekend's brisket has loved it and what I've created for the taste. This makes me happy. Now I've got to work on one more thing and I'll have my own homemade seasoning and rubs. I put the brisket rub to another test on Saturday and got really good feedback on 40 hamburgers I had done for a catering job. I will never stop giving you all the very best that we can do.

Good morning everyone, our first Buffalo Springs Rib Fest is set for August 1st. I'll be smoking 110 racks of ribs. Pick-up time will be from 2 pm to 7 pm. This will be cash only, too. Get them for $20 a rack. If you're planning on eating them in-house, we will put them on a plate for you. If you're planning on taking them with you, I'll leave them wrapped up. I'm doing this as an appreciation to everyone, not for the money. I want everyone to be able to get our ribs at an affordable price once a month. Help us get the word out. Thank you all so much.

Good morning, everyone. I'd like to thank you all very much for coming out to our BBQ Saturday yesterday. It was a very busy day. We managed to pull off two catering jobs plus our BBQ Saturday. We appreciate your business. Thank you very much. I'll be making another post about our very first Buffalo Springs Rib Fest. This has gone way bigger than I expected it would.
