This weekendās special is a little extra special to me.
Weāre calling it Sidoās Favorite.
āSidoā is what my kids call my father. In Arabic, especially in Palestinian families, itās a word used for grandfather. And this meal is one of his favorites.
Itās the kind of food I grew up on. The kind my mom and dad would make for me as a kid, and still make to this day. Simple, comforting, packed with flavor, and full of memories.
A 9 spice beef kebab, cold smoked and then seared, served over our Levantine rice with a side of Mediterranean salad. Finish it with a drizzle of our garlic yogurt sauce, if thatās your thing.
Weāre only making a limited amount this weekend, so come early if you want to try it.
