Hi William & Noel's Staff,
Apologies that this letter is a bit overdue, but we wanted to reach out with a huge thank you for the success of last Saturday's event!
All of our guests and donors had a wonderful time, and we received several compliments on the menu and the presentation of the buffet. Everything was really wonderful and truly exceeded our expectations.
The event was also very financially successful, as we sold all of our live and silent auction items! We took this as a sign the guests were having a great time.
We know this was not an easy venue to work with, and I am amazed at the flexibility and ingenuity you showed in creating and executing this menu.
Amanda, Wendy, and the other two staff were absolutely wonderful to work with on-site for the day; above-and-beyond helpful, even offering to set up the dessert station with me which was outside of your provided menu items. Clearing plates and interacting with our guests, they showed care and professionalism for the overall success of the day. Much appreciated!
I've been a wedding and event planner in the southern Vermont region for about 15 years now, and have worked with dozens of caterers....Noel's is now at the top of my list of favorites!
We would be thrilled to keep you on file for future events. As I just joined the Rescue in March and this is a newly created position, we plan on hosting lots more events in the future to raise funds for our cause.
