We had a great time 2026 in Meridian Ms. Our trip took us through Jackson, so of course we had to get coffee and coconut pound cake. We arrived in the Queen City and gave it a quick tour. Discovered it was home to Jimmie Rodgers. We "picked" some veggies, floated the Mississippi waterways, spent some time in a Mississippi Juke, *no pics allowed* apparently and then served our LA Gulf Shrimp Croquette with Tomato Jam to several thousand attendees. We met so many great people while being ambassadors for . was outstanding, thank you for the hospitality and Fred the valet is a Rockstar!
