Happy Tuesday! This week Paul has a few specials that highlight our summer bounty from local farmers.

* Noodles of yellow squash with summer salsa of fresh tomatoes and basil, topped with Parmesan cheese.

* BLT

* Heirloom Tomato Salad with balsamic and local lettuces.

* Collard greens and sweet chili chicken drumsticks with a side of cornbread.

* Crawfish Omelette (almost the end of the crawfish season catch it while you can!)
