Owning a restaurant is one of the toughest jobs out there. Some days are slow, and other days both locations are packed beyond what anyone could have predicted. Today was one of those days.

We weren’t fully prepared for the volume, and with a few call-offs, our team was left to handle an incredibly busy day with limited staff. It was stressful, overwhelming, and exhausting; but they showed up, worked hard, and got it done.

To our amazing team: thank you. Your dedication, teamwork, and willingness to push through the chaos did not go unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

To our customers: thank you for your patience and understanding. We hate seeing anyone wait for a table, a meal, or a drink. We know that’s not the experience we want to provide, and we understand the frustration. Please know that we are constantly learning, adjusting, and working hard to improve so we can give you the experience you deserve.

Today wasn’t perfect, but it reminded us how lucky we are to have an incredible staff and a community that continues to support us. We appreciate every person who walked through our doors today, and we promise to keep working hard to be better every single day.
