Welcome back Wednesday it’s Smokehouse Brisket Burger day here at the Wood. 🍔

What’s a brisket burger you may ask?

Every week we trim up a bunch of real, highly quality, brisket. We gotta trim em so they cook evenly and consistently. With some of that extra trim we make our sausage links. The other portion goes to make these delicious burgers.

We grind the meat here in the shop and make 1/2 lb burger patties with our favorite meat:fat ratio. Seasoned with our Beef Salt and 16 mesh black pepper - these go right on the offset pit for a smoke bath.

Served on a Martin’s Potato Rolls Bun w/ your choice of

Cheddar or Pepper Jack Cheese 🧀
Green Leaf Lettuce 🥬
Ripe Red Tomato 🍅
