On my next episode of “Carbs? What Carbs?”, I’m going to do a spicy chicken sandwich. I wonder, just how spicy is too spicy? My ingredients list so far included:

Grilled chicken breast, seasoned with a dusting of Slap Ya Mama

Jalapeños

Pepper Jack cheese

Homemade spicy ranch sauce

Served on a jalapeno and cheddar croissant

Bacon, lettuce, pickles, onions and tomatoes, as well

What am I missing? Guess we’ll see tomorrow! Actually, guess we’ll Y’ALL will see tomorrow! Tastebuds, mount up!
