Almond Scones & Chocolate Chip CRookies today!

Almond Croissants 🥐 are filled with frangipane and topped with toasted almonds.

Frangipane is a rich, creamy, almond-flavored pastry filling made from butter, sugar, eggs, almond flour (or ground almonds) and almond extract. It's a staple in French baking, used to fill tarts, croissants, and galettes, and bakes up soft and tender, unlike the firmer almond paste.

We also have Chocolate Chip Crookies today—-What is a CRookie? It’s a croissant that is filled with Chocolate Chip Cookie dough. So good.

We can do it hot, iced, or frozen !

We do recommend sweetening it, whether thats just with pure cane or some of our many flavors! You can use the milk of your choice!
