🍊☕ The citrus experiments continue… and somehow this one WORKED.

This time we poured orange juice over ice and topped it with a double shot of espresso.

We were skeptical.

Then we tasted it.

Surprisingly refreshing. Surprisingly balanced. And yes… we actually liked it.

The bright citrus plays with the espresso in a way we did not expect — and now we’re officially deeper into the citrus rabbit hole. 😂

But weird coffee experiments are only part of what Jarvis does.

🍋☕ Okay… the internet finally gave us one that WORKS.

This round: lemonade over ice + a double shot of espresso.

And surprisingly?

We liked it. A lot.

Refreshing, bright, and still gives you that coffee pick-me-up. It drinks almost like an iced Americano with extra depth — the acidity of the lemonade plays really well with our medium roast instead of fighting it.

And because this is The Local, we didn’t use just any lemonade.

🍋 OG’s Lemonade is made right here in-house.

So this one gets the rare verdict:

✅ NOT DEBUNKED.

It may have also sent us down a little rabbit hole…

This officially kicks off our citrus coffee experiments, and the next one is already coming. 👀🍊

The Local Brew Company was just featured by Grit Daily — and the story is also live on Apple News.

When we started building The Local, the idea was bigger than opening another brewery or coffee shop.

We wanted to see what would happen if you combined serious craft beverages, smart automation, a small footprint, and something technology can’t replace: a genuine neighborhood gathering place.
