Announcing Test Kitchen Thursday! Today we introduce a true American classic. Switchel is a tangy blend of ginger, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup with a past as old as our country.

Historically used as everything from exercise recovery drink to cocktail component, Switchel has both refreshed farmhands and graced the tables of the very halls where our Constitution was written. We invite you to come taste why.
